Back toward the beginning of the year, when I was working on updating my website, I did a contest and the winners received 50% off of any picture session. Well, the Arnesen family won, and they decided to wait until fall to do their session. Last week we got a break in the weather, and found a nice place in Draper for their session. This time of year there is no shortage of families that are looking to update their family pictures, and with reason. The weather is nice and the colors are amazing, there really isn’t a downside. I had the pleasure of doing a family portrait session for the Blake family last week. I think that I intimidated the boys a little at first, but after a few minutes they warmed right up, and even started directing the shoot, and deciding what spots and poses to do next…they did an awesome job!

Last week I had the chance to do a shoot with the Dolbin family. They were quite the troopers, and we did quite a few sittings between the different family members all in one night (family, kids, seniors, missionary.) Their oldest is about to leave on a mission, and this was their last chance to get a complete family photo for the next few years…and why not get some more shots when everyone is there right? These are just a few of my favorites of all of the family. Let me know what you think!
